Questoria - organization of holidays, parlor games, plot-based detective role-playing games. Questoria is, first of all, communication. Participants portray the heroes of a twisted plot, and the ability to find friends and outsmart enemies brings victory! Since 2009, Questoria has been holding similar games at birthdays, corporate parties and children's parties.

How we did it


Solution

At the time of the start of cooperation, the client had already set up advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Yandex Direct. We, as a contractor, set ourselves the goal of increasing the return on advertising for business. First of all, we set up detailed analytics and goal tracking using Google Analytics.

 

Process

Next, we completely reconfigured advertising accounts in Google Ads and Yandex Direct. A few days after the launch of the campaigns, we started analyzing and optimizing based on the collected statistics. Using data on conversion and user behavior, we were able to rationally allocate costs and increase the effectiveness of campaigns. We continue to do this on an ongoing basis.

In parallel with the relaunch of Google Ads and Yandex Direct, we launched social media campaigns. This channel helped to mitigate the problem of product complexity, because not all users understood what Questoria was and what its features were. We launched several types of campaigns at once: targeted advertising for the main groups of the target audience, a retargeting campaign and a promotional video.

Thanks to the implementation of all the above actions, we were able to achieve our goals.
